• Include a copy of your packing slip with "RETURN" written on it. 
• Indicate which items you have kept. 
• If you do not have your packing slip, you can include the information on a separate sheet of paper.
• Use insured and trackable mail, like USPS Priority or First Class mail. Media Mail is not insured unless you purchase separate insurance.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• If you return an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund what you paid for the returned item.
• If you purchased an item at a discount, the refund will be for the discounted price that you paid.
• If you received free shipping on your original purchase by spending at least $150., and the return results in the original purchase becoming less than $150., we will deduct what would have been the cost of shipping on your original order from your refund.
• Scratch and Dent sales are final. These items may not be returned.
