Whether you Submit a Request or make a phone call, please be ready with your name and the order number (it starts with a “w”). It is helpful if you can provide photos of the damage.
A customer service representative will work with our fulfillment center to figure out what happened in shipping, and to make sure you receive new items. Please note: If you requested shipment via Media Mail, we cannot replace the damaged items because Media Mail does not include insurance.
