My copy center won’t print the PDF file; they claim it infringes copyright.

You have permission to copy PDFs purchased from The Well-Trained Mind for use in your immediate family. This does not infringe copyright. However, if you take the PDF to a copy center, the center may decline to make the copies.  The corporation may not wish to risk infringement lawsuits, and the employee may not wish to risk losing a job. If this is the case, show the staff member the copyright page, which includes the copyright policy.  

If you need more assistance, ask the Copy Center to call us at 1-877-322-3445 and we can establish permission over the phone, or they can fax their permission form to us at 804-829-5704 and we will do what we can to provide documentation and permission from our end.  

We have heard from customers that the cost of printing the PDFs at a copy center is significantly more expensive than the purchase and shipping costs of getting the pre-printed book from The Well-Trained Mind Press.  This information is worth considering in your purchase decision.
