Your username is the email address used for your original purchase.
In the past few years, we have made changes to ordering system. As a result, you might need to change your password. To do this, go to the Well-Trained Mind website. At the top, you will see "My Account." Click on this, and when you get to the Account page, click on Account Details and follow the instructions to change your password.
If you have forgotten your password, please email email@example.com so we can reset it for you. If you have forgotten the email address you used (your username), email us and give us your full name, relevant addresses, possible email addresses, and we will do our best to track down your account.
If you have duplicate accounts, email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can delete one of them, or merge the two together.
