Your website username is the email address used for your original purchase.
Your forum username is the alias you chose, but we can also search on the email you used to sign up.
In the past few years, we have made changes to the website/ordering system and to the forums access. As a result, you might need to change your password.
To change your password on the website/ordering system, go to the Well-Trained Mind website. At the top, you will see "My Account." Click on this button, and when you get to the Account page, click on Account Details and follow the instructions to change your password. If you do not get a response, email firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Some internet providers filter "auto-send" emails and as a result, you do not receive the email with the new password. Support will help you out.
If you have forgotten your password, please email email@example.com so we can reset it for you.
If you have forgotten the email address you used (your username), email firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your full name, relevant addresses, possible email addresses, and we will do our best to track down your account.
If you have duplicate website accounts, email email@example.com so we can merge the two together, making all your purchases available in one location.
If you have duplicate forum accounts, email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can merge them, making all your posts available in one location. It is forum policy that each user have only one account.
