- Your mailing address;
- The phone number we can call to get payment information.
Note the copyright date so we can send you the correct edition of the following:

- The Story of the World, Volume 3 audiobook (Original edition CDs available while supplies last.)

If we no longer stock the CD(s) you want, you can ask for MP3 files to download to your device.
Replacement discs are $5.00 each, plus $4.00 for shipping within the continental US; MP3 files are $5.00 (no shipping charges). Sales tax will also be added for states that mandate a tax.
