When you purchase digital products (MP3s, PDFs) from our store, we send you an email with links to the files, and we add the files to your Well-Trained Mind account. The links in your account will be there ..."forever" might be too bold, but it's the intention. If they have disappeared, let us know.
Some email providers block the downloading of large files, or the receipt of auto-send emails. This causes trouble with downloading. If you run into trouble downloading from the email link, go to your WTM account, log in, and select "Downloads" from the window that pops up.
For your convenience, we recommend that you save your purchases to local storage. But we know that hard drives crash and hurricanes happen, so we keep your downloads available to you in your account.
If you can't access the links in your WTM account, send email to support@welltrainedmind.com so we can confirm your purchase and refresh the links. It is helpful if you tell us the order number or the email name you used to make the purchase, and the device and browser you are using to download (eg. Windows/Chrome or iPhone/Safari).
When you purchase digital products through a charter school, you receive an email with links that are good for 7 days; the files are not stored in a WTM account. Therefore, it is important that you download the files within 7 days. Sometimes, this isn't possible – vacation, the flu... If you need a refresh of the links, please send email to order@welltrainedmind.com and include the name of the charter school and the number on the relevant purchase order. Our school specialist will re-send the 7-day links so you can download them.
About copyright: It is not copyright infringement for you to keep a copy of the digital product on your own storage media, as long as it is for your household family's use and not for further distribution, sale, or donation. We recommend keeping a copy on local storage for future use.
