Orders typically ship very soon after they are placed - usually the same day, even within a couple of hours. The status says “Processing” because our order system is not yet completely synched with the our fulfillment center's shipping system. Ware-Pak is working on this, and we hope this will be resolved in the coming months.
It is easy to miss the shipment confirmation because it doesn’t come from Well-Trained Mind Press, but from Ware-Pak.
The SENDER will be CustomerService@ware-pak*.* "This mail is to tell you that the product has shipped. Do not reply to this email. If you need customer service, email Well-Trained Mind Press at support@welltrainedmind.com."
The SUBJECT LINE will be Shipping Confirmation: WTMPress Order
This confirmation email includes the tracking number so you can find out when to expect delivery of your order.
If you don't see the email in your Inbox, look in the Spam, Junk, or Trash email folders to find this confirmation.
If you don't get a confirmation email, there are two possibilities.
- Sometimes, people enter an incorrect email address. If you suspect this is the case, send email to support@welltrainedmind.com. Tell us the correct email address and tell us what you can about the incorrect email address, and a bit of information that confirm we are working with the right account - your first name, the name of your street...something like that. We will fix this ASAP.
- It is possible that your email provider blocks auto-send emails. Take a look at this article from our FAQs to learn how to white list the Well-Trained Mind email addresses so you receive confirmation emails, and the newsletter, where we announce new products and our sales and promotions.
