Thank you for your interest in evaluating our curriculum for use in your classrooms. We know you need a lot of information to do an evaluation; here is how to find it.
To begin your evaluation, go to the Well-Trained Mind Press store and check out the product pages for each book. Read the description, and click the Sample button (under the image of the cover) to see an extended sample of the curriculum, which includes a table of contents and an introduction describing how to use the materials.
Then, go to the Help Center - FAQs that go into more detail and answer the FAQs about each title. Inside these articles, you will find links to informational videos, articles, and for some titles, a Scope and Sequence.
Schools most frequently evaluate (and purchase or license the right to distribute) the following curriculum:
The Story of the World, a four-volume history targeted at the elementary student, but adaptable for intermediate students. The students read (or are read to) from the text. The Activity Book contains instructor guidance and student pages to accompany assignments. Learn more from the Help Center - FAQ.
Advanced students (high school and older) may use The History of the World. The student reads from the text and uses the Study Guide to focus their work.
Math With Confidence for elementary students. Read the product pages for each book, and find more information in the Help Center - FAQ. The Facts That Stick series supplements any vendor's math curriculum to increase the students' facility with arithmetic operations.
A complete writing and grammar curriculum for the elementary and intermediate levels. Learn more about them from our web store product pages and from our Help Center FAQ.

In the FAQ for Schools, you can find information about school discounts and the option for licensing the student materials for our curriculum. Licensing can be a money and/or time-saver for schools, and can provide instructional flexibility for instructors working with students in person or online.
If you need more extensive samples than those linked in this article, please email support@welltrainedmind.com and write "Evaluation Copy Request" in the subject line. In the email, let us know what curricula you are evaluating and the number of students who will use the materials.
