Your user name for your Well-Trained Mind account is the email address you used for your original purchase.
I want to change my password. Go to the Well-Trained Mind website. At the top right corner, you will see "ACCOUNT." Click that. When you get to the Account page, click on Account Details and follow the instructions to change your password. If you do not get a response, email support@welltrainedmind.com for help.
Some internet providers filter "auto-send" emails and as a result, you do not receive the email with the new password. If this happens, email support@welltrainedmind.com and we will reset the password for you.
