We offer free shipping for orders over $150 which are purchased from our website and shipped to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses. For further details, jump to the "Free Shipping" section later in this article.
When you purchase items from our website, you have several options for shipping. Choose the one that suits your preferences regarding time of delivery and expense. We offer Media Mail but we do not recommend using it.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
When your order for digital downloads is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with links to the downloads. The titles are immediately available in your WTM account, and they will stay there so you can access them as needed. We recommend downloading the material to a local storage device for convenience.
Orders for physical products (hardbacks, paperbacks, loose leaf packets, CDs) are quickly transmitted to our fulfillment center, Ware-Pak, who then fills and ships the order.
When Ware-Pak ships the order, they send you an email with a tracking number so you know when to expect delivery. It is easy to miss the shipment confirmation because the email comes from Ware-Pak, not from Well-Trained Mind Press.

About Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over $150 which are purchased from our website and shipped to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.
When you complete your order, use a street address. We use UPS for our free shipping option and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Here are the conditions for free shipping:
- Free shipping applies only to locations in the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses.
- The $150 minimum is based on your cart’s subtotal; it doesn’t include tax, or gift-wrap or special handling fees. (Handling fees are assessed only when a product requires special preparation for intact delivery.)
- If you return items from your order, and the subsequent order total is less than $150, the waived shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
- Free shipping cannot be applied to previous orders or purchase orders.
