** If we can cancel the order, we will issue you store credit or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
** Note: we cannot offer a refund on downloaded digital materials, as there is no way to "return" them, so do not download PDFs or MP3s if you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund.
** We will do our best to stop shipment and cancel the order, but the fulfillment center ships packages very quickly. We can't cancel orders that have already been processed and assigned a tracking number.
