Please let us know immediately if you receive damaged goods. Send email to support@welltrainedmind.com, and include any photographs you can take to show the damage to both the packaging and the items you ordered.
Include your order number, as well (it starts with a "w").
A customer service representative will work with you to make sure you receive replacement items.
Note: if you requested shipment via Media Mail, we cannot replace the damaged items because Media Mail does not include insurance.
