Send email to support@welltrainedmind.com, and include any photographs you can take to show the damage to both the packaging and the items you ordered. Include your order number (it starts with a "w"). A customer service representative will work with you to make sure you receive replacement items.
If you requested shipment via Media Mail, we cannot replace the damaged items; Media Mail sent from our fulfillment center cannot be insured.
