If an expected email doesn't make it to your inbox, it's usually because your system is moving it to the spam folder. This often happens with auto-send emails (shipping confirmations, for example).
In almost every case, this problem can be solved by adding our email addresses to the whitelist or allowlist in your system. This lets your system know that emails from these addresses are not spam or junk, but emails that you want to see.
You can run a quick Google search for how to add email addresses to the whitelist/allowlist for your specific email provider. Make sure to add the following addresses so that you get all expected emails from us.
- CustomerService@ware-pak.com (shipping confirmation; do not reply)
- xrywlw.shared.klaviyomail.com (newsletter; do not reply)
- firstname.lastname@example.org (newsletter, order confirmation)
- email@example.com (product and order questions)
