Package carefully. Pack your items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Include identification. Place a copy of your packing slip in the box and write “RETURN” on it.

- Use trackable shipping and keep your tracking number as proof of timely mailing.
Refund Adjustments
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping based on a minimum purchase amount, and your return causes the total to fall below that threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used items, damaged items, scratch and dent sales, subscriptions, opened shrink-wrapped items, or downloaded digital products.
